Organic grain enthusiasts, join us on Wednesday, May 24th for the Organic Cereals Field Day at the West Madison Ag Research Station. [SEE MAP]

Meet at 2:30pm at the main parking lot by the display gardens. We’ll tour wheat, barley, oats, and Kernza® plots in the field and talk with the breeding teams developing the next generation of organic grain varieties for Wisconsin and beyond. In addition, we’ll be sampling some tasty products made with these grains crafted by local bakers.

After the field day, we’ll gather at Giant Jones Brewing in Madison starting at 5:30pm for pizza night with ORIGIN Breads.
