This year’s conference will be held at the Monona Terrace Convention Center in downtown Madison with a beautiful view of Lake Monona. The nearest airport is the Dane County Regional Airport, located 6 miles north of the convention center. Both hotel blocks feature a free shuttle service to and from the airport, but this should be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.

Parking & Convention Center Access

Access from the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace Hotel:
Take the skywalk to the Monona Terrace Convention Center. This will bring you to Level 5. Take the elevator to Level 4 and proceed down the hallway to reach the main entrance/center doors. A guest services attendant will be available at the desk at this entrance.
Turn left at the main entrance to walk down the hallway that leads away from the main doors and toward Lake Monona. You will reach an escalator on your right. The concurrent sessions will be held on this floor, Level 4, directly behind the entrance to the escalator.
To reach registration and the main conference space, continue down two escalators to reach Level 1.
(If you noticed that math doesn’t work, you are correct. We get to magically skip a level.

Access from the DoubleTree Hotel Downtown Madison:
This hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the conference center (and other destinations within 2 miles of the hotel. Contact the front desk to arrange for this transportation, or call 608-251-5511, or text 608-423-6884.

Parking Options:
The convention center has two parking lot access points.
1. Near 1 John Nolen Dr., Madison, WI 53703. John Nolen Drive Entrance
While heading North on John Nolen Drive, turn right just after the Monona Terrace sign and prior to 1 John Nolen Drive. This will be the first ramp on the right after you pass through the Broom Street intersection.
2. 101 W. Wilson St., Madison, WI 53703. Wilson Street Entrance
Turn left to access the parking lot just after 101 W Wilson Street on your left and Carroll St. on your right.
Lot Details: Both access points lead into a State-owned parking ramp, which is attached to the Monona Terrace Convention Center. The weekday rates are $3 per hour up to $16 max and a flat $5 on evenings/weekends. Acceptable forms of payment for the automated parking ramp include MasterCard, Visa, or cash (no coin). Overnight parking is allowed.
Trailers and Tall Vehicles: If you need to park a trailer or vehicle taller than 8′ 2″, there are limited options in the area. Please contact Kelly Debbink at kelly.debbink@wisc.edu ahead of time, or make alternate plans with your hotel.
