Field Day Registration: Organic Seed to Spirit

Join OGRAIN with Artisan Grain Collaborative, The Land Connection, IDEA Farm Network, Mad Agriculture, and Rodale Institute to explore and network across the grain chain. Will and Dallas Glazik will lead us on a field tour at Cow Creek Organic Farm, distillery tour at Silver Tree Spirits, talk food-grade grain handling, and discuss how environment influences flavor with an optional tasting. The event will also feature a grain chain panel and organic grain buyer-seller mixer. Hear other farmer and distiller perspectives on local grain relationships and build connections in this space.
